American Express Essentials Recognizes Winecrush Wood-Fired Pizza
Each month, American Express Essentials publishes a selection of the most original travel and lifestyle trends from around the world and the wood-fired pizza’s by Winecrush received a nod to quality in their recent post on the Top 20 Outdoor Dining Destinations. Our partner Bench 1775 was recognized for their casual waterfront picnic area where our freshly prepared wood-fired pizza’s could be paired with their award winning wines.
During the summer, the Winecrush portable Pizza Wagon travels to venues and community events throughout the Okanagan, showcasing our unique Winecrush pizza dough. Winecrush Pizzas use signature Winecrush powder, made from the seeds and skins of Okanagan wine grapes, in the pizza dough. This results in a unique, thin-crust pizza topped with fresh seasonal vegetable, fruit and meat options, finished with seasonal greens and Winecrush sauce or vinegarette. Combined with our portable wood-fired pizza-oven and you have a winning combination for a great meal in a truly spectacular setting.
